What is your return policy?

Bob’s Music Plus will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All goods must be returned in original condition accompanied by the receipt. A 25% restocking fee will be applied if goods are returned without a receipt or not in original condition. Sorry…there will be no returns on consignment products. Bob’s Music Plus will not accept returns on but not limited to Harmonicas, Recorders, Reeds, Drum Skins/Sticks that have been hit or used or any open package of strings.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do! You are able to put any quantity you wish on your card.
Can we use gift cards for lessons?
Yes, you can! Gift cards can be used for products, lessons and studio time!
Can we exchange gift cards for cash?
No, sorry you can’t cash in any gift cards. Any product return that was purchased on a card gets put directly back on a gift card.
Do you do special orders?
Yes, we do with a 25% non-refundable deposit. This must be paid before the order is placed.
Is there a layaway plan?
Yes, there is. Bob’s Music Plus will hold your layaway purchase with a 20% non-refundable deposit and a payment schedule commitment. Layaway’s not paid in full within the scheduled time will be returned to the sales floor.
How can I rent PA equipment for an event?

Please contact Bob’s Music Plus and we will be happy to assist you with providing sound for your special event. With a hands-on approach, our representatives will ensure that you have the knowledge you need to operate even the most basic of systems. Please let us know the date(s) as early as possible to ensure your equipment reservation. Email us at info@bobsmusic.com and we will be on hand to answer all your questions.

Do you rent out instruments?

Sorry, we don’t at this time.

Can I trade-in my old equipment and instruments?

Yes, if we believe the product has a resell value.  Please contact Bob’s Music Plus for more details as each situation is unique.
